Ordered and paid for Norton 360 version 3.0 on or about 8/8/09. Norton is in effect.

On 8/10/09 there was a second charge to my account for the amount of $ 18.50

Today I received in the mail a CD for Norton 360 v3.0, with no explanation what the purpose of this CD is.
The invoice total is $ 18.50--------presumibly that was the charge recorded on my bank statement.

I do not know the purpose of this CD considering I already have Norton protection in place'

I did not authorize additional charges over and above what I paid for The Norton already in effect.

I have spent far too many hours unsuccessfully attempting to contact Internet Distribution Services and DCL Fulfillment Center to enquire who was responsible for sending the disc.

I was unable to make human contact with either Symantec or Norton

Please offer me some explanations re: 1. what this disc is for and why it was sent to me
2. why was i charged an additional $ 18.50 over and above the monies I paid for
Norton 360
3. Why was the disc sent without a contact number
The e-mail address sent, i expect for inquires, was not in service
4. Why is it so difficult to make contact with a human being for support and / or
questions

I would appreciate a response to my questions

I DO NOT authorize any additional charges to my account
