The original Norton 360 version was removed when my computer was hit with a virus (Trojan). I called and ordered a replacement antivirus to download. The gentleman I talked to told me that I should receive it within 2 to 4 days. I renewed the order then and extended the product for an additional year. Haven't received it yet.
My original order from the Symantec Store was on Dec O8. The order number is 777782833.

This is not a complaint. It is a status check on the shipping date of this order.
