$79.99 was taken from my credit card account on 16 March 2011. I did not recieve an email to tell me this or any notification that this was to happen. I don't have an internet connection on laptop any more. I don't recall authorising this payment to take place at all.

Je reçois des factures de : Norton Annual Renewal, au montant 63.77$ à chaque mois . En temps normal, je fais des transactions pour une facture, et non mensuel . Et aujourd'hui, Norton me propose par internet un produit pour securise mon ordinateur. Donc, je ne suis plus intéressé à acheter vos produit vue qu' on essaie de me vendre des produits plusieurs fois, . Veuillez SVP, faire les corrections nécessaires, afin de régulariser la situation.

Whilst checking my credit account this morning I found that Norton has taken a annual renewal charge of $59.99 from this account. I no longer use this product and do not wish to use it, however I can find no customer service contact details that are useful as I would need to have my Norton account details which I no longer have. I am angry about this unauthorized access to my credit account with no notification either prior to or after the access being made. I would like to recover my money if possible.

Norton has automatically renewed a virus protection charge without being authorized by me and my last years virus protection was not even expired yet. I don't want to renew virus protection and would like this charge removed from my credit card ASAP

I have observed a unauthorised transaction on my credit card statement REF: 180-068-00266GBR on 24 September 2010 for A$99.99.

Please be advised that this transaction has been made without my consent, and I consider it to be illegal.

I ask that the transaction be immediately reversed, and a confirmation is requested.
