NORTON has token about 100 USD in my count for a NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL I have never heard about !!!
I want just my money back.

Norton charged my credit card $99.99 as an annual renewal Reference 74313190124 on the 5-5-2010
This was not authorised by me as this amount does not require authorisation it was debitted to my credit card without supplying any product.
I have not used norton for over 12 months.
The last time I purchased their product it would not download to my computor so I changed internet security.
If norton returns my money I wont take this any further within 14 days.
Also I would like norton to take my credit card details off their system.

I just saw on our bank statement that you deducted 69.99 US Dollar for a Norton Anual Renewal. I want to cancel my annual subscibtion as I no longer have a regular pc, which makes the use of Norton unneccesary.
The Credit card it was deducted from was a Visa card number 4003 032707558583 . The name on the card is Gaukhar Balykbayeva, 9B Stapaev str, flat 39, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Please take notice and cancel our subscibtion.
Please send me a confirmation that the subscibtion is cancelled and return the money I paid too much to the above mentioned credit card number at Kazkom Bank, Almaty, Kazakhstan

Norton Annual Renewal, No notice for this charge and I no longer run this software.

this is my second time cancelling this product i would like my credit card reimbursed immediately i do not even use your product
