NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL 877-294-5265 CA auth# 33810
I was billed for this and have no idea why. I have not purchased this product and most definitely have not been using it. I want my money credited back to me.

charged to master card
Hi this is my second complaint about the same situation that still has not been fixed. i have been charged $79.99 on the 03 Febuary 2009 for a annual renewal and the renewal number being 180-068-0026 i would like the full amount of the $79.99 in to my master card as soon as possible as this looks bad for you company please contact me on the above number or 040450o010 or email if i have not heard from you in seven days i will be taking this in high hands.

un athourised billing
I looked at my bank account this morning to find there was a debit of £76.54 for Norton Annual Renewal. I do not have Norton anti virus anymore, and haven;t for years.
Please rectify this, as I am not happy about this.

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING
I recently got billed for $53.61 for the renewal of Norton annual renewal. I did not authorised this renewal nor do I have Norton software as I've got a new computer. I will like a full refund back.
