On my Visa bill charges in March and April, a charge for $64.86 for Norton Annual Renewal dated 3-23 appeared. I am not using Norton currently and I did not authorize this charge.

I want a refund for the above amount!

i received a charge on my credit card on 3-18-08 in the amount of 63.74 for norton annual renewal despite the fact than i no longer have the service for a great while...i would really appreciate if you could reimburse me for that amount that was wrongfully billed in the amount of 63.74 and the reference#is MT080790104000010155562

I HAVE NOT HAD A COMPUTER IN TWO YEARS YET I HAVE A RENEWAL CHARGE OF 49.99 THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND ALSO I NEED TO KNOW IF I WAS CHARGED LAST YEAR AND MISSED IT.

Norton annual renewal charged my credit card without my authority. Not good for consumer business in my opinion.

I was charged for an annual renewal for norton and i do not have that on my computer. I have norton but it is Norton 360 and i bought it at wal-mart in the middle of feburary.The only thing that i can figure is that I just went through a separation from my ex in nov. of last year and maybe it might be on his computer but i didn't think that it was my card so could you please refund me my monies.
