I continue to be charged for a product I am not using. The computer this was on broke down and I now have a new computer which uses another brand of antivirus software. How can I stop these people charging me?

Payment taken from account with no product
I purchased a new laptop at beginning of year with Norton pre installed for 60 day trial. During the trial I paid for 3 years protection, the money was taken from my account.
When the 60 day trial ended so did the total protection.
I have spoken, written and emailed Norton and they have no record of any transaction. I have the bank statement showing they took the money.
All I have asked for is either my money back or the product.
No response.
Who can I take this up with as a formal complaint.

Billing
Went for automatic renewal, and my card was charged immediately. I received an email from Norton telling me that my order was cancelled - yet the charge remained. Customer Service told me that the key I was renewing was fraudulent, and therefore the order was cancelled - they could not give me a new product key, nor would they issue me a refund ASAP - they said the refund would take 3 business days, and if I wanted a new key I needed to purchase it a second time. Their customer service was nice, however the manager was quick to accuse me of being the one making the key fraudulent, he also got snippy when I mentioned going to another company. Terrible experience. I wish they were a smaller company so I could take them to court or file with the BBB or something. AWFUL!

Renewal billed to credit card
I just checked my credit card statement and there is is $74.89 charge from Norton Anti-Virus for PC portetction that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. They will not answer the telephone! My credit card company says I must talk to them first! There is no way to contact them. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Is this legal? Can we do anything about this?

Renewal Charge when its not expired
Notron has charged my Credit Card for a renewal to my anti virus when the anti virus has not yet expired. The Ref #180-068-0026GBR. I want this amount refunded back to my credit card. I only renewed the anti virus a few months ago and never authorised them to take money without me doing the transaction myself. NOT HAPPY!

On line renewal
May 22, 2010 I renewed my service for $ 64.65 on line and the service was installed. I received "Norton running scan" messages. Yesterday I received a "you have 357 days left on your subscription" message. When I went to click on the Norton icon on my desk top it had disappeared. I went to Control Panel Add/Remove to locate it and the whole program has disappeared so I have no protection. I have spent two hours trying to locate some way to contact them and it is impossible to do so. I want my money back but how can I get it?
