destroying my computer
Norton Antivirus 2010 is a virus in itself and the company refuses to admit it. Before receiving the Norton Antivirus 2010 my computer was working fine and since the attempt to install the program, my computer has refused to come back on after the install needed to shut-down to restart, All this was being done robotically by a "so called technician". The company ruined my life. I know that's harsh but its true. I can not retrieve my work that was stored on my tower, I can not turn my computer on any longer. The program is a sham a waste of money and I cant believe Norton would be so unhelpful to my problem that THEY caused. I am going to try to start a case against the technician Uday Raj and the other tech. I hope it goes well. I am disappointed in the Norton's Software Company treatment of my computer and of me. You know was said as an excuse to me "it was a coincidence" What kind of inpropriate behavior is this.
Norton Antivirus 2010 is a Virus.

Un oathorised charges
recently got billed for £39.99 for the renewal of Norton annual renewal. I did not authorised this renewal so please refund my money back and also I would like to give this notice to cancel my renewal subscription,

Double charge
I requested via internet an upgarde of our Norton virus protection chose a 2 year plus and was charged to my visa $124.94 - this was correct
I have recently been charged another fee for a years cover of Norton Virus.
This has occured perhaps because - I received a note saying something about same computer but different identification??

Can you look into this for me please. As I appear to have a double up of coverage.

double charge
I show a charge on May 29, 2009 from Symantec HP for $59.99,
Then again on July 18, 2009 from Norton Annual Renewal for $54.99
I cannot seem to contact anyone regarding this double charge, when I call I'm put on hold and left for way too long !

Billed twice
I pd for Norton Anti virus thru the DRI*SYMANTEC myord.com/sym website and was billed for the purchase. 2 weeks later, Norton billed me an additional 64.99 for the same product. I want a refund!!!

ordered norton anti virus protection on line for $49.99 with credit card on 01/29/10. No coformation received. I still get a flag stating YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED. Please respond and advise ASAP.

I have been billed by this company for the last three years and have stopped using this product since 2007.

unauthorised billing for norton product
I cancelled my subscription with Norton a long time ago, and on Dec 28th 2009, they just deduced $69.00 off my Credit Card. I am very upset about this. Please can you undertake to get this money refunded to me. the only information I have is this number 800 720 7898.

Fraud
I purchased Norton Anti virus softwear for $200.00 instead of using AGV (free) thinking I would be more secure. As it turns out I have been hacked and have a virus even though I run a weekly full scan and it is said to update it daily. When I called in for support it was very challenging because support head office is in Inda. I could not understand the mans accent and he spoke very quickly which didn't help. Apparently there is a $100.00 charge to correct this.

So, if I by a kettle that is suppose to boil water and it doesn't and I take back to the store - is it ethical for them to say 'oh, for half of the orginal cost we can get it to boil. @^$#!

Anyway, frustrating situation. Go with AGV. May as well. And it was impossible for me to even get anyone on the line from Canada.

The funny thing is I write about overcoming sistuation like this with out losing your cool. Just seems unethical to me. Breathe let go...:)
