I RENEWED AT THAT TIME FOR TWO YEARS.
ON MARCH 15, 2009, NORTON NOTIFIED ME I HAD NO ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTION. I RENEWED FOR ONE YEAR.
IN REVIEWING MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS, I REALIZED I PAID TWO YEARS AND WAS CHARGED ON 2-17-09 $121.98.
ON 3-15-09 MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL OF $1.00 AND DRI*DIGITALRIVER.COM FOR $39.99.
WHY AM I BEING NOTIFIED I HAVE NO VIRUS PROTECTION, WHEN I DO. IS THIS CUSTOMARY TO HAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS
PAY REPEATEDLY FOR THE SAME SERVICE.
I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. IF THIS IS NOT CORRECTED, I WILL SWITCH ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.
