Norton has charged my credit card for an annual fee for the past two years. The problem is, I purchased this product once, 8 years ago. Last year, out of the blue, they started charging me an annual fee even though I haven't used the product in years because my computer tech said it is absolute crap. I think they are just digging up any old credit card # they can find and charging it. You can't reach them through their phone #, they just keep you on hold. I reported them to my credit card fraud department and I also had to change my credit card #. It was the only way to get them to stop. What a scam and a fraud.

Hi there. On 28th October I requested Norton Anti-virus software through the Norton webstite in error. You charged my Visa Credit Card (last 4 numbers 8714) on 28th of October with US$88-98 (NZ$127-08) Would you kindly please reverse your charge and accept my apologies for my error. Your records will show that I have not taken up the product as ordered.

I was charged on my credit card and the program was never downloaded on my computer. I would like this resolved.

I haven't used Norton anti-virus for years but today found out that they have docked £39.99 from my Visa account. On checking found they had done this last year as well. I've informed Visa and rhe chap on the phone told me that Norton complaints were up to the roof!
Trying to contact Norton is a nightmare - if I was being uncharitable I would think that they are deliberately trying to obfuscate their with endless holds, abandoned telephone numbers and seeming impossibility to find an e-mail address to contact them.

Made an Unauthorized annual renewal fee charge to my checking account via my debit card, which I had used to make original purchase of software, but did not agree to an annual renewal.
