renewal fees charge for service not used
I recently received my visa statement with a charge of 70.09 from Norton. Apparently it is for an annual renewal charge for their internet software. I do not use their product and did not authorized such a purchase either by phone or by computer. The phone number to contact them have all been useless to me as I am told I cannot contact them from my calling area. I want my money back and to have nothing further to do with this company. Any suggestions as to how to get my refund and contact this company would be greatly appreciated.
Pissed off and frustrated.

Charges on credit card
I was unsuccessful in installing the 2008 Norton Internet Anti virus program. I made 2 tempts to download, both charged to my credit card at $49.99 and $59.98. Both downloads were corrupt and would not install. I purchased a CD version at SAm's at 49.99 +tax=$54.24, which also did not install. It locked up my computer.
I had to talked the computer to a shop to remove the fragments of Norton at a cost of $82.50. I have used the Norton Anti virus product for years and never had a problem. This mess has cost me a total of $249.21
Please, reverse the charges of $49.99 and $59.98 from my credit card. I would also like to be reimbursed for the additional charges that were caused by this produced.
Sincerely,
Heidrun Harris.

Unauthorized use of debit card
Do not use norton anymore because they suck more ways then one. In this case they stole 69.99 for a update on a virus software. I think they are the virus and still can not get them off my computer.

double charge for renewal
I was doubled charged on my account for renewal of Norton anti-virus protection for my computer. One occurred on 2/12/2008 and the second one showed up on the next bill dated 3/21/2008. The charges were different each time. one was for $59.99 & the other for $49.99. I would like this rectified & credited back to my account. In the meantime I will contact the credit card company to also look into this.

Double billing!
On March 19, 2008 I extended my Norton internet security for Windows xp & up graded as well, to accommodate additional computers (Order # 772769123) @ $69.98. On March 29 you charged me for a Norton annual renewal @ 52.99. Some how or other someone in your organization failed to notice the duplication in billing. A credit for $52.99 should be forthcoming, hopefully soon.
Thank you,
Willis Cashman.

renewal without permission
My anti-virus was renewed wiothout my permission and my credit card was charged $50.49. I do not use the norton product in my computer any more. I have removed the norton anti-virus from my machine a few months ago. I would like the $50.49 charge removed from my capital one bill removed.
