I renewed my Norton anti-virus software and Norton automatically charged my Visa card 03/19/08 for$43.19. Within a month my computer crashed with the anti-virus on it. I wanted to ask them how to transfer the software to my new computer. That is when I found out it was impossible to communicate with them. Also, there is another charge to my Visa on 03/07/08 for what I assume is the same anti-virus.
Most importantly, I do not want to do business with a company that will not communicate, AND I do not want them to charge my Visa ever again. I am through with them.
