On 1/25/2011 I placed an online order for NORTON Anti Virus subscription for 1 year at a cost of &48.74 for one year of service for HOME use.

April 2011 I was told that my subscription had expired. My computer works fine, but I cannot get any information about the reason for cuttin off service.
