On Dec. 26, 2009, I purchased Norton Antiviris 2010 upgrade from you. The cost was 42.59 The order number is 7715949414. I receieved my credit card bill in the mail this last week. On it I have a tranaction on Dec. 21 of Norton annual renewal cost of 58.77. I'm thinking there is some kind of mistake. I'm hoping you can help me resolve this problem. I don't want to be charged twice for the same product. Please help
