Norton/Symantec 2008 Antivirus protection software
on 8/30/08 using VISA credit card 4185-8709-9247-1255 (security code 529). Download was initiated but did not go to completion. I was unable to restart the download. I would like a refund to the above VISA card account. I have found other

no help for installation problems
I purchased the norton antivirus 2008 online and when I went to download it and I got a message saying that there was a communication error and it would not download. product number 4652824312 . I went through the channel for talking with someone by leaving my phone number (803-427-0333) and set up a time between 1200 and 1300 eastern time but have not heard from anyone. All I want is to download and install the antivirus that I purchased. I like to be able to call and talk with the people that I do business with. I guess I am old fashioned but I like to have a connection with the people I do business with. Please help ! thanks tommy

loss of antivirus, then getting only 15 day trial
Recently my computer crashed and I lost everything including my Nortons Antivirus 2008. My computer went into recovery in default factory settings with the original Norton that it came with. I was able to download the update but it is only on a 15 day trial. I purchased the Antivirus online on the 07 April 2008 via my Visa card paying AUD$49.99. I emailed Symantec and they suggested I request a refund, then repurchase it. Is this possible as I still have 365 days on my account even though it is not showing it.
