could not download
could not download software. you charged me twice for something that I cannot download. please credit my card, once on sept, 4, for 44.96, and once on the 18th of sept for 39.99. i will contact my credit card company if i don't get my card credited for something that i cannot get.

product disapeared from computer
ordered norton antivirus, downloaded, couple of days later icon disapeared. Now cannot find on computer, nor can anyone else(norton support) all I have on my statement is wcspay.

won't fix a missed virus
I purchased Norton Antivirus and have had it running on my six computer network for years. One of the computers has obtained PC Defender virus, which is a virus that says our antivirus software is not working (duh) and we need to buy another one. This is a very common virus. Norton won't fix this unless I pay them $99.99. Inexcuseable. I've already paid them for virus software, and this is a virus that specifically targets my virus software, and this is a very common, well-known virus. I should not be charged additional money to fix this. I'm moving to McAfee.

can't access website for update
On 26 June 2009 I attempted to purchase Norton Antivirus for my laptop but was unable to access the Norton website for update. I was charged and it posted to my account 29 June 2009. I would like a refund. Reference number to the charge is: 55432869177000468483554.

Poor Customer Service
I bought Norton 360 about a year ago ($90). It installed great, but would not update. I emailed (and emailed and emailed...) asking for help, yet received NONE! I did everything the tech support guys told me to do, but it still would not update. I eventually took it to a professional and he was able to get it to work (at an additional cost of $75). I asked Norton to please extend my subscription since it had not worked for about 6 months. The Norton folks told me the subscription would be extended, yet it wasn't. I emailed, called and wrote letters, and heard nothing but "please fill out this survey to rate our work since we solved your problem."
Never, EVER buy Norton. Their customer service STINKS!

forced to pay every 6 mo for a year subscribsion
I purchased and registrated Norton AntiVirus on January 19 2007,
renewed it on Jan 19 2008 and again on Jan 19 2009. In June of
2008 i bought a new computer, for some reason had to purchase the Norton Antivirus again, with new expiration date of June 29
2009. I have 2 identical products while all I need is only one. Although, I am covered untill January 20 2010, I was forced to buy
a new Norton on June 29 of this year or my computer would be
without protection. As it is, I am paying $39.99 every six month.
I want to have this matter resolved and have $39.99 refunded to me
