Awful, awful, awful
On 9/19/08 I noticed that my Norton antivirus program was turned off. Message was that there was a problem with my credit card. This was a subscription already paid for on 2/23/08 with an expiration of 2/23/09. The card used expired in 9/08/08 but Norton was paid long ago! I updated my info, followed the directions, and could not reinstall the program. Frustrated and needing immediate protection ( I have an online store) I downloaded a competitor's program and discovered that my computer was infected with numerous viruses not detected by Norton. Explains why my computer now works faster with fewer errors! There was no reason for Norton to block service on 9/08 when they were already paid in February 08! I've had it with Norton and will never use their products again.

Charged for two copies of same product different dates
I ordered a renewal of my subsripton an must have done something wrong as two orders were placed for the same product.I had to change Credit Card Numbers and think that at that time I messed up
The order are May 21, 2009, Installed asa download renewal of subscription #5556065114 and oredr #6968900712 Date June 18, 2009, not downloaded.

Waste of money
Got a virus that turned off Norton...really not fun seeing "you have turned off your antivirus" when I haven't done ANY such thing. For a yearly rate I would expect some...I don't know...protection?? I honestly would have paid a 5er to not have to deal with constant pop-ups and system checks that 'find' and 'fix' the same virus every day. To be completely honest I have never in my life been so infuriated by a product (and I've owned an ASUS product, so that says a lot)

yes i downloadednorton antivirus when i went to register it they asked for a product key wich i don't have .
this product also has a $30 rebate and i don't have a printer
how do i subit my rebate?

Did not correct problem
I spent over 3 hours last night and gave them a $99.99 payment to get a problem fixed to no avail and today I can't seem to get in touch with them.
I talked to Anoop and Geethu in India. Finally after 1AM, I went to bed and tried this morning and the site was "not responding".
I need help.

I renewed my norton antivius on the 2/22/o9. You keep sending me a notice the i have to renew. I already payed $69.98 and that is good for a year. I got some numbers i don't know what they mean. These are the numbers.

did not work to protect computer
We purchased the Norton Antivirus program on 9/16 for a brand new Hewlet Packard Lap top that our son got for graduation. This past week that program failed and the computer contracted a virus that has made it unusable for the moment. We would need to know the warranty policy of this program and how we can get our money back for something that does not work.
