Worthless Products
Norton Anti-Virus has allowed my computer to be ravaged by virus & spyware since day one!!! We have lost several expensive programs due to lack of proper protection, not to mention our valuable time & money. NEVER again will we trust a Symantec product!!!

Charged two times
I was charged by Norton for annual renewal $70.09, also charged $68.48 by Symantec for the same program. Both were on my visa card.

questionable charges
My credit card summary for May 2008 shows a charge of $39.99. The discription is DRI*Symantec www.myord.com MN. On May 11, I have a similiar charge for $39.99 with the discription "Norton Annual renewal 877-294-5265 CA. I do not believe I should be charged twice for updating my Norton service. Please explane these charges.

I have been charged twice
I signed up online for antivirus protection. Received an email confirmation but next time online I had a message that my application had not been completed. I did another application as I had no other option offered. I now have two separate billings on my charge card for the for Norton antivirus protection.

2007 order canceled
Online order #209037 for Norton AntiVirus was billed to my American Express on 09/06/07 @ $59.98; the order was subsequently canceled, but no credit was issued. No phone number appeared on credit card statement - how do I contact Symantecstore.com for resolution?

Charge for annual renewal not requested
Charge of 42.79 for renewal of product not ordered or recieved
this is al the more disconcerting in view of the fact that I see nothing on the internet with that price tag.

Unauthorized Automatic Renewal
Last weeks of an on-line Antivirus period AND I had not authorized a renewal AND YET a renewal had been charged to my credit card.
