Charged Automatically when already renewed
I was automatically charged to my Visa Debit Card a fee of $52.99 on 3/31/08 for Norton antivirus to auto renew my antivirus protection, when I had already renewed online for $49.99 from their website on 3/28/08...so now I got charged 2x.

unauthurized renewal
A charge of $59.95 was charged to my debit card on 11 Apr 2008. Listed as Norton Annual Renewal, Norton.C, Purchse At Term ID # 117729. I removed Norton Antivirus from my computer in January 2008 and did not O.K. this renewal. I want the charges returned as soon as possible. I am printing a copy of this report for my records. Unauthorized charges to my credit card
Norton Annual Renewal- unauthorized charges of $49.99. I called the credit card to dispute charges. Credit card company said it may take 8 weeks to resolve!

Unauthorized Charges of $106.98
These charges appeared on my VISA card bill when it came out this month. I canceled this service when I had trouble with my computer and had it repaired. The repair service installed another protection at that time. Please remove these charges from my VISA card and issue credits in the amount of $42.79 and $64.19 respectively.

Uncalled for reminders!
In March 08 I made an application for Norton Antivirus on Simantec internet forms. There was no confirmation and no reaction and no charge on the indicated credit card account. Therefore I bought the program CD in the market nd loaded it to the laptop.
Now I keep receiving continuously e-mails remaining me to settle the payment of my original application.

unauthorized billing credit card
My credit card was billed a renewal fee for Norton Antivirus. We have upgraded our computer and did not include Norton to my knowledge as it was professionally done.
