I purchased a subcription for renew on my Norton 360, and after the download, it would not update, or run antivarus scan, and i have requested the solutions help screen wth no fix, and have scheduled several times for them to call me from the call back help screen and never received a call, unable to reach anyone to get the refund to my credit card
