on 3/24/09 I purchased from Best Buy a computer, I was advised that I also needed to purchase a Norton Av 2009 1u with the computer. So I paid for that also. I hired a professional computer expert to come to my home to install the computer, when he did the installation he advised me that I did not need the Norton Av, and that I should return it. I am a senior citizen and I know little about computers, so I followed the advise of your sales person. I am on a fixed income and did not have the computer set up until the next month when my next check came. I can not afford to give away money. The store refused to give me a refund, and only after my sister asked if they could give me a credit did they do so. I will not use this credit, because Best Buy just lost a customer. And then one of the young girls at the customer service desk was very rude her name Taweyla, she spoke to me in a very rude manner when I was not talking to her. I hope that she does not speak to other customers like that, young or old. But she has no respect for older people, I am shore she would not speak to here parents or grandparents the way she spoke to me. but maybe she dose.
