	Melissa Salierno January 18, 2009 Customer Service I am disturbed that every year I try to download my Norton update it never works. Then when I try to solve the problem I am either given answers that are unhelpful (through the chat room) or am unable to email or obtain a phone number without having to jump through numerous hoops. The frustration of obtaining satisfactory customer service is immeasurable. I think the product is fine, but I absolutely hate dealing with the company. I am currently searching for other security and anti-virus programs that have quality customer service. I hope to be able to discontinue Norton's products.
	Linda A Burr January 3, 2009 paid for but never installed I tried to purchase Norton Security through Symantec and my credit card was charged. The system was never installed. What's going on?
	December 2, 2008 Billed Twice On Oct. 20 I renewed my subscription to the Norton Internet Security. Paid 49.99 with a credit card. Then just the other day I notice a new Norton Internet Security appeared on my Desktop and I got another bill for 49.99 through the mail on a different credit card. I don't need two. I did have two computer for a while but don't anymore and put a stop renewal payment on the second one when I order the new one. Can you take care of thie for me. I would appreciate it. 	October 29, 2008 Symantec I purchased "Norton Internet Security" in Bahamas. After installing this software, many of the applications which are working properly earlier, not working. I complained to the Symantec throught site provided them. The bad part is, i am not unable to uninstall the product. The customer care people does not reply. Please anyone suggest, what should i do further.
	October 27, 2008 automatic renewal Norton has notified me about a automatic renewal charged to my credit card. I have not had norton security on my pc for about two years.I want a refund . I do not have any "automatic renewal". I have tried to contact their cs but the call back has not happened. thanks, GB

	May 26, 2008 Billing after Service Terminati0n I terminated my Norton Internet Service over 3 months ago and indicated so on my computer. My old e-mail address was [email protected]. My new e-mail address is as listed above. I received a billing statement from one of my VISA cards and it reflects Norton billed me for another year of their internet security systems. I demand that Norton terminate my account NOW AND ALSO REIMBURSE THE CHARGE THEY PLACED ON MY CREDIT CARD. I no longer use their service as it was terminated over 3 months ago. Norton, get of your stealing, cheating butts and terminate this service and reimburse me now or my attorneys in Tucson will be contacting you next.
