I was charged $54.99 on 12/27/09 with my American Express Card under NORTON
ANNUAL RENEWAL SOFTWARE VAB41539501 95014. I used their software in
computer that crashed about year and half ago and it has been disposed off. I
purchased a new computer with new software and Norton product is not on the new computer which is a year old. Therefore, a refund is due and the renewal charge from
Norton should be deleted.
