Technition could not help me.
I contacted Norton yesterday, and paid over sixty pounds to have an spyware improvement applied . Today i cant do any thing with my computer it just seems to be jamed by somthing. I am disabled and rely on my computer, I have been trying to cancel Seniour dateing agency and all my emails without success, please could you help me? My telephone is in the hall away from my computer, please could you help? Hilary Spate Ms.

cost
Paid $40US a year ago for Norton 360. Received an email recently that an automatic renewal will now take $76.20 out of my bank a/c for next year’s service. WTF!!! The price has doubled! When calling customer service, I got India. Couldn’t understand a word she said. Something about cancelling my automatic renewal and refunding half of the $76.20. Her accent was so incomprehensible that she transferred my “case” to the U.S. Supposedly someone who speaks American will call me in 24-48 hours. I’m holding my breath.

i have already cancelled the auto renewal for norton as i had sold my laptop as i was shifting oversea so credit it back u useless fellows.

NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL 180-068-0026 GB
1 year ago I responded to a notification that my Norton anti-virus protection was out of date by renewing it online. I was unhappy that I did it in the first place because the original package gave protection for 3 computers, whereas the package I recieved when I renewed it only did one computer. I had no intentions of doing it again, and now I have recived a $99.00 charge on my credit card with the following reciept; NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL 180-068-0026 GB. I would like to be refunded the money as I have no intention of buying this product online ever again
