Unaurthorised charge
I was charged $39.99 + $.50 for a norton antiviris that
i did not order and never recieved. I contacted norton and
recieved a e-mail stating that the problem would be taken
care of. The charge is still on my credit card so it has not
been taken care of Charle W Stone.

Unauthorized Renewal Fee
While checking my bank statement, I discovered a fee for an annual renewal for Norton. I never authorized this withdraw from my debit card. I will never use any Norton products and warn anyone who is considering this product.

Slowing down
I wanted to say Norton is really making the computer slow and it doesn't work good against antiviruses at all. I uninstalled it and installed Nod32 instead and it found viruses plus my computer is running so smoothly.

Duplicate charge
On 3-13-08 Norton charged my credit card with $49.99
On 3-14-08 Symantecstore charged me $63.98 -which includes the amount of $49.99
Please reimburse the $49.99 being an unauthorized charge to my credit card .
This is my 3rd complaint. I can't imagine that a firm like yours will do business like this.
It is already more than a month since this charge was made.

Automatic renewal
I was never asked if I wanted a renewal of the Norton Antivirus software. I purchased Trend Micro AntiVirus in September 2007. I have been charged 52.74 by Norton on my Mastercard. I am extremely uncomfortable to think Norton has kept my Mastercard information and has billed me for something I neither want or need.
