I needed help on fixing a problem with my Norton AV for Mac, which occurred because of a screw up on updating subscription, which failed mid-way and then Norton kept saying "in process" and would not update or do anything else - leaving me in a big bind. More over Norton never lists any numbers (other than those where you have to PAY an addl fee). I finally got my credit card company to give me the phone numbers. When I called 877-843-0603, I believe I got some call center in India. They were arrogant, rude and most unhelpful. On three separate occasions, I got three completely different responses - none of which were even close to fixing my problem. One of them a rep by the name - Sid (#3930) was incredibly arrogant and even HUNG up on me! I managed to find out this place that Norton (Symantec) has outsourced to was called "yogi" something. MOST disappointing. SHAME on Symantec for ever-willing to make money off new products and subscriptions, but hiding behind some disappointing outfit for technical "support"!

Unauthorized Renewal
I never authorized Norton to Renew its product. This is a money making scheme that needs to be investigated. Absolutely noone answers any number they have posted and they dont respond to you in writing either. Norton, I would like for you to refund my $75.00

Renewed for 1 year on 6/14/2010, yesterday told that unless I renew my Norton will be shut off.
I renewed my Norton account 6/14/2010 for $39.99, it was done online.
My debt card was charged $39.99 with the money going to:

Not sent download
I applied for Norton internet security on April 18th they took money out of the account but did not send the download, they have a # for tec support but you have to pay I dont see why I need to pay for help when they are at fault I have been without security since April the 18th I need to have this resolved ...

annual renewal
After fighting several viruses, then intentionally renewing my antivirus software with norton my hard drive crashed. After my hard drive was rebuilt I moved on to a different internet security provider. I counted what I paid norton as a loss since it was all wiped out by a virus anyway, and was apparently worthless protection. In the mean time I paid for a year of protection I did not get and figured I'd never be able to get the money back anyway. I never authorized any further renewals to norton & never again received any notifications from them to purchase more software, yet there is a charge of $74.36 on my credit card for a norton annual renewal. I never authorized any such payment, nor did I ask for more of norton's inadequate protection.

taking money out of account
i have received my bank statement and you have taken a payment out of 64.99 without even telling me i would not have paid that for something annual as my son changed it to avg so would like you to refund the money and will be reporting this as you didnt even have the decency to inform me

i have been charge from my bank account $74.99 and i did not order this product. I want full refund of my money and my bank charged me because i did not have money in my account to pay my cellular phone because of this money that i did not autorized
