Unauthorized Charge to Bank Account
NORTON debited my bank account for $74.19 on 06/18/09. I did not authorised this renewal nor do I have Norton software as I've got a new computer. I will like a full refund back... Thank you. Sharon Firebaugh

Auto charge
I stopped using Nortons anti virus in may this year 09. I was amased that they can take a sub automaticaly without authorisation. I am trying to get this back but the website does everything but let you contact them. So have gone to the credit card co as well. But no luck so far

payment of product without notice
I have recently been charged about $50.00 or so for the norton annual. I was charged this last year as well. I have not had my computer in working condition, I am a student and could not afford to get it fixed. I called and emailed norton to get a refund but no response and noone will answer the phones. They won't even have a automated person say "I'm sorry for the delay, all of our representatives are with other clients at this time, we estimate about 20 minute wait"...nothing! I'm so frustrated and could really use my approximate $100.00 back!!! I'm so frustrated and irritated because of that and because I can't get a hold of a real person and get this taken care of! I could really be using my money since I currently am still seeking a job! I don't know what to do, I honestly don't have 30 or minutes to wait on the phone listening to music. HELP!!!

unauthorized charge
I have been charged $44.99 on the 8/04/09 for Norton Annual Renewal which I never requested and DO NOT use. I would like to be reimbursed immediately.

Norton steals your money from your bank account
I manualy renewed my expired norton account today. Obviously I did not have automatic money stealing from my account turned on since it had been expired for two months. AFTER I renewed the anti virus system and paid with my card, THEY STOLE more money directly out of my bank account.

charged me way to much
i paid for the norton for my computer which was $68.69. then i just got my statement from the bank. and you charged to my account to more payment which i have no idea what that is all about????one of 9.99 on 7/2 and the other for 59.99 on the same date.
please remove that from my account. if i had know you would be charging me so much more. i will deal with some other come and not get riped off like that again. so i hope yoy created the error on my account
