I can't get a hold of any customer service rep no matter the number I call. This is absolutely ridiculous.

	D.J.Jones May 13, 2009 Trojan virus det Contacted Norton because Personal Antivirus had penetrated my computer and was showing pop-ups to warn of Trojan Win 32 and Trojan fake alerts. The agent at Norton told me to call www.norton.com/connection and quote code 222377. That web site just opens to your complaints page so what do I do now?
