Dear sir. On the 8th April I was charged 59.99 new zealand dollars out of my visa account.

i had canccelled Norton 2 years ago and don't understand why I was billed again.

I spoke to jaganath the analyst and he promissed me that the money would be refundedin 5 or 6 days

I am a pensioner and can't afford this amount any more, that is the reason I canccelled
I would appreciate if you could look into this for me as it has been going on long enough

On April 1, 2009 I requested Norton to reinstall the Norton Anti Virus on my computer. I was billed in the amount of 56.98 for this service. However, due to some unexpected problem, my computer froze and is no longer of any use. I have since purchased a different computer. However, I am leery of reinstalling it.

my credit card was charged on Dec 4, 2008, and I still have no coverage against viruses on my computer and am tired of being told by my pc, that I need to renew. I expect coverage starting when this has your attention. Please take care of acct. 1713678505, immediately!

We just saw on our bank statement that you deducted 60, 74 Euro for a Norton Anual Renewal. We want to cancel our annual subscibtion by the 1st of april as we no longer have a regular pc, which makes the use of Norton unneccesary.

I was charged an annual renewal fee without notice, when I hadn't intended or authorized such a charge. It was refunded after I called Norton at 877-294-5265 and they were very nice about it, but I had to wait on hold for half an hour and the whole automatic renewal deal is pretty shady.
