	October 27, 2008 Never had auto-renewal but was auto-renewed anyway I have waited over 1 hour spanning 2 different calls trying to get a refund and still no person to speak with...just on hold music. Just another reason I went to Trend Micro after being a Norton customer for 4 years.
	May 1, 2008 charged but not recieved conformation Card was charged but no conforamtion received. no details of download. Not hsowing on myaccount as renewed.
