Charged for 2010 Software
On 02/02/2011 I went online to renew my Norton Anti virus for 2011 and the first one I tried to purchase, I didn't notice till after, when I was checking over my order. That I had checked the Norton 2010, which I had already and it had expired.
I tried to cancel my order but was unsuccessful.
I believe it was the next day when I again purchased the Norton anti Virus Software for 2011, this time I did get the correct year.
I didn't know if Norton would notice that my first order was for 2010 and just not bill me for that one. That was not how it was.
I would appeciate it if you would remove the incorrect order and credit my charge card with credit for $ 59.99. I did not get any software for the charge.
Thank you,
Patricia A. Harden

ordered/downloaded/is not appearing on my computer.
I ordered this product on 11/3/2010 and thought I had downloaded it to my computer. When I clicked on it shows that it was not purchased, and Norton has no record showing that I purchased it. But when I bought it and charged ti to my credit card it wenet through. I did not ask for it to come in the mail, I always download straight to my computer. Can you help me with this? I do not want to purchase another package. I paid 68.98 on 11/3/2010. Thank you, Maria Amos.

Norton Annual Renewal
My Credit card was charged for software renewal. I do not even have that computer as I purchased a new Dell Laptop . My credit card company said we authorized this to be done. Have not ever received any kind of correspondence from them stating that they were going to bill me.

unauthorized annual renewal fee
I was charged an unauthorized annual renewal fee of $53.86 on 4/14/08 from Norton.com. I do not currently and have not had this service for over a year. I currently recieve it free from my cable supplier. When you go to Norton.com/cs ca to resolve the matter as usual you have to jump so many hoops and wait so long, over 18minutes, that you decide to give up and just contact your cr card issuer and they in turn will start you on more hoop jumping. Norton claims that they do this so you won't accidentally go without service. Well Norton thats what my E-mail address and phone number are for, not the unauthorized right to bill my credit card! Contact me first! Scott S
