can't download product

Paid on Feb 08 $59.53 for continued coverage of virus protection.Cannot downloasd product. It calls for "buy" all over again.
Am now unprocted..does not even recognize my order #. picture of it and credit card charge invluded..Please help download.. I never received a paper showing my "product key" that it asks for''

PLEASE HELP or refund my money!!

I have a copy of order # NP11996346 and credit card bill showing the amount extracted from my account..tried to affach photo from scanned
documents but note sais "format not recognized" don't know what else to do??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!

did not fix problem

After trying to communicate with sanju, I finally got thru to her. She told me if we got disconnected to go to a connect code and hit submit. I couldn't get thru so the "RISK" factor for my updates, have not been taken care of. What is going on with Norton??????
