Unauthorized charge of $39.99 to Norton appeared on my credit card bill 2/04/08. I paid it. I also sent you a letter saying that I had not renewed until 2/23/08 and I was not paying twice. I have now been billed $39.99 by Symantec for 2/23/08. I'm not paying it and will be charged an interest payment on my credit card unless you fix this IMMEDIATELY. I am not a happy customer.
