Unauthorized charge
I was reading everyone else's complaints. I was just hit by Norton for 139.45, I have been on the phone with them everyday now for almost 2 weeks. I have never had Norton and never will now. They state that they can't find me in their system, but they have deducted off my debit card. My bank is also investigating this claim as well, but I would like to know if anyone has gotten any refunds back from norton.

Unauthorized Charges
My bank account was debited not just once but THREE times on the same day by Norton.com for $145.32 each time totaling $435.96. I have never ordered anything from Norton.com and have no idea how they got my debit card number. I filed a Fraud charge through my bank and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before my account was credited. If the fraudulent charges had been $500 or more it would have required a police report.

I purchased norton 360 for my computer and tried to download it but there were problems I couldn't fix. For more than an hour I tried to download this product without success. The order number is 6240713012, I would like my money back.

Unsolicited renewal of antivirus!
I opened my credit statement and found I had been charged for a renewal that i had not requested. I will contact my card company and dispute this charge on my card!
