I was arrested by police officer SYLVIA MORENO BADGE. no #483164 because my boyfriend grabbed me hard twice on the arm and slapped me on the face. And poked my chest 4 times.He was being very aggressive for no reason at all and he was drinking heavenly and I know his state of demeaner very well and Moreno don't.I felt like my life was in danger because my boyfriend has a short temper and his abusive manner was going to escalate to a worser situation maybe even death.I was the one who called 911 for my protection but instead Officer Moreno first asked me questions then she was intimidating me misusing her authority and guided( tricking)me into saying that I provoked him and I slapped my boyfriend first.When I told MORENO that he was drinking and he gabbed me because i was trying to run away from him and thats when I slapped him on the face and he would not let me leave and I was trying to get the phone but he grabbed me again, Taking the phone away from me so violently Then he slapped me on the face. Then she asked my boyfriend questions he did admit to what he did to me but instead Officer Moreno arrested me. And Moreno even let him drive intoxicated she even could smell it on his breath and also Moreno was caught in my house without permission sitting on my couch writing a report well watching tv, she was waiting for my boyfriend to stay with my kids. I told her that he abusies the kids and Moreno said theres nothing that I could do about it.And I told her about his drinking and she said that you can't get arrested for drinking.Sylvia Moreno has no experience in domestic violence situations and in human relations she needs to take some more training classes that she lacks in battered women and also when she handcuffed me she kicked my legs hard spread open I was complying and obeying their orders all i did was begging that I don't want my children alone for at least the father to stay with them, but when I turned my head around to look at Moreno saying please she kicked my legs. Can some one out tell me what I can do about this cop.Besides Internel Affairs they all stick up for eachother.
