To whom it may concern,
At about 12:30 central time, I was verbally assaulted by one of your booth employees in the Dallas Ft. Worth airport. The kiosk in question is located between gates C19 and C18.
I asked a gentlemen who appeared to be of Hispanic decent if he knew where the womens bathroom was. He said C27. I looked at the sign that was opposite his booth and said but the sign says its here. (clearly I misinterpreted the sign.) He then said, well you can play go find the bathroom on your own then. I then said, that's a nice attitude. He then said F-you.
That type of response was completely unnecessary. If he was having a bad day he could have simply said ma'am I don't know what to tell you or sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
I am apalled that a representative of RS would make this type of statement to someone let alone someone that was simply asking for help. If this is the type of people that Rosetta Stone has working for them I was nothing to do with the company or it's products.
