I entered into a contract with this company under the agreement if they did not sell my timeshare within a year, they would refund my money or relist it again free for one year. I sent in the letter requesting that I get my refund and have not heard a word from them. Please find these scumbags and send them to jail. I know I was an idiot for giving them money up front, but they need to pay. I have copies of the letter and where I have sent it with return reciept requested.

Nova Timeshares does not return calls. When calling the company, no one answers the phone and after the first ring, music plays and then the call is immediately sent to an answering machine. I have read on other sites similar complaints and also that this company is no longer at this address. Listed timeshare for sale with this company and never heard from them again. I reduced price 3 times and still no offers or correspondence from Nova Timeshares.
