The Hokan coconut milk LITE I bought at Publix recently was not the lite variety. I have used this product for years and I'm sure it was the full fat variety, but mislabeled. It was thick and uniform. Usually the Lite variety is thin like cow's milk with a little fat having risen to the top of the can. I even got the indigestion to prove it was high fat. Very disappointing. I plan to look for a different brand next time.
