We have purchased the Hundai Santro Xo Model car from Novelty Hundai Pathankot in Dec 2006 in the name of Smt Anuradha . We were offerd corporate dicount of Rs 4000/- with other acceseries and were promised that the cheque will be issued within 3-4 mnts from the company. But we regret to say that we have not recived the said cheque of Rs 4000/- till date. and all our request to your dealer had gone to deaf ears.After this we have registerd a complaint at customer care No. with complaint no 1-11122313 dated 31 Jan, since then we have called so many times but no body has contacted us or has called from the company. After so much of mental harassment both by dealer and cc executive we are writing to you.
