I purchased a NQ Clarifier from NQ Industries in New Britain Ct in October 2010, with promise of refund if not satisfied with product.
NQ Clarifier air cleaner not satisfactory, shipped back to manufacturer on 11/13/10 2 & 1/2 months ago and company witholding my refund.
Repeated requests for my refund have been ignored by NQ Industries.
