I have called you MANY times and every time i call customer service gives me a mail box number (18003500577 for Romy) to leave a message, no one has bothered to return my calls, i have been calling for a couple of months! My complaint is i authorized you to take $1.00 out of my account for the information packet, i never recieved the packet and you have sinced taken out $149.95 out of my account. This has caused my account to go into closing status!! I have tried to resolve this over the phone so many times, and no one calls back! When i try the 18005066722 number, I am on hold from 8-25 minutes then i get hung up on!! I want this matter resloved i want the money back that i NEVER authorized you to take out and i think you should pay the bounce fees which is $29.00 since you never had permission to take out the $149.95.
