I purchased a teeth whitening product form NSS SB Brite all the while thinking it was a free trial offer (except shipping). I have been charged 1.00 (1.08 CDN) on my credit card along with a subsequent charge of 78.95 (84.72 CDN). This was Dec 1/2009 and have yet to receive a thing. I am worried that I will be charged again automatically.

i checked my bank account and saw that 79 dollars was missing. I want my money back.

after waiting for about an hour before talking to the company customer service,
they told me that there's a statement in "Terms & Condition" that i was supposed to
call them in 14 days otherwise, there was to be full payment.

I have not used the product so i asked them if i could return, they said that they will
charge $45 instead of $79 and will mail $50 restraurant give certf. which i absolutely don't want.

when i was making a submision of free trial, i was careless to read all the statement of the terms and condition but who does really read them all ? i admit that at a point it was my mistake but
processing a payment without 'notification' (not authorized, because i initially given them my card number; so they said !!).

this was un-fare action. and as i search on the web, i see there are so many other people who has just a same complaints. i hope this will help someone out there who's little convinced like i was to try for something which seems there isn't not much to loose. - after all, there is just a full payment.

now after talking and waiting x 3...

asked to speak to supervisor and the person i was talking to came back with
39$ charge, full refund of $79 ... at this point, i am now just exhausted.
but i will go back to my credit card company and try this issue again.

oh, the sb bright company # is 954-237-2690 just in case if someone is looking for it.
