We have been trying since July 2010 to get a refund from this company. They keep telling us they will credit our account they will expedite it call back in a week. The people we talk to will NOT let us talk to a supervisor. They sound like Darth Vader and will not pick up a hand set so we can hear all the words they are saying. They were rude and I am afraid we will not get back our refund that was promised. Is there anything we can do?

I order Acai Berry & Total colon clense back in April for a trial period on April 13, 2010 I called and cancelled my order with the company, and they gave me address to return the unused portion and bottles so that was done on May 5, 2010, I waw balancing check book on July 1, 2010 and their was more charges taken out of my account in the amount of $ 71.52 from this company. I sent away for a "free" trial of the acai berry and total colon cleanse system for weight loss. These products produced no results and I decided to cancel my membership and return the product. I sent back the bottle with the unused portion two days after I called to cancel. Three months later, while at the check out at the local grocery store (buying diapers and formula), my credit card was declined. Upon further investigation, ACO optimum blah blah charged my card without my approval. When I called the "company", they claimed they never received the product even though I provided them with the rma#, tracking, etc. They claimed they would refund the two charges of $69.00 and $2.52 within three to five business days. Six days later, I called the company to let them know the money was still not refunded. The woman said there was a system error and they would re-process my refund. I explained when I called to complain the first time that my card was charged without my authorization and I still needed to buy food for my four children.I asked them to please refund my money (credit my card) immediately. After my second call to them they would not let me speak to a supervisor without a fight. Finally, a man named Hector came to the phone and he questioned why I would buy diet pills when I have so little money? I was shocked at his unprofessionalism. I had money three months ago, but that wasnt the case now. I explained the urgency and all he said was it would take another three to five days and then he hung up on me. DO NOT do business with this company. Not only do the products NOT work, but they are a half-baked group of scam artists. They barely speak english well enough for me to understand them and they kept repeating themselves over and over that there was a system error. Don't be fooled as I was. I have yet to see if they will return my money which for me is EXTREMELY hard to come by.

Hello, and I saw this add by the subject company that allowed me to order Acai product for diet purposes
and I was to pay $4.95 for shipping and if the product was unsatisfactory I could return it within 30 days with no adverse effect. Now my bank account show they took out the $4.95 and also the $79.98. I cannot seem to contact the company This item is disributed by Calais Naturals LLC.
