I made an agreement with Sean Nolan to purchase a vehicle that NTS sells as a sideline. I sent Sean Nolan a $750.00 deposit. 3 days after receiving my deposit, Sean Nolan lists the same vehicle for sale on ebay. When I confronted him about this, he said that he had two vehicles with the same VIN number. I then refused to go through with the sale, and Sean Nolan refuses to return my deposit. Sean Nolan is apparently confused about what VIN numbers are, and he feels he has the right to mislead his customers. Mr. Nolan has been rude and dishonest throughout our transaction. The owner of NTS, Fred Nolan (Sean's father), knows how I have been treated and has done nothing to make things right.
