Ordered some Robinair guages from this companys website, they showed the item was "available" and would ship witin 24 hours. All they sent was a non replyable email showing the order info. A week goes by, no shipping email, no product. Email their customer service email to inquire about the order status, no reply. A day later call their 800 number, get some frazzled sounding woman on the phone, ask her what the order status is, she says "I don't know." Tell her, well, if you cannot ship the item cancel the order. She replies "I can't cancel the order till I know what the order status is." I said, well, if you don't know what the status is, who does? She says "I will check into it and let you know." I reply that's not sufficient, please cancel the order, i cannot wait any longer. She says again "I can't cancel the order." At that point I repeated myself and got off the phone, and called my credit card company.

Lo and behold, sure enough, NTXTOOLS.com charged my credit card the day the order was placed, instead of upon shipping. They obviously like taking peoples money and letting their orders sit on backorder indefinitely, without any follow ups or information. I had the charged removed from my CC.

Avoid NTXTOOLS.com, they are a slip shod crummy outfit, bordering on fraudulence.
