Fraud/Negligence
I went to this compnay in Oct to start treatment for laser tattoo removal, when I went in the people seem to be very nice & helpful, but that soon changed in a matter of four days when I saw a publication offering 50% off of the laser tattoo removal & this let me knew off back these people were steptically signing people up. This is when I first encountered the rudeness & unhelpfulness of this company. At this point I was put into contact with corporate a man by the name of Sean Hoffman made them adjust the pricing & honor a $50 coupon that was also offered in the paper. Now I was setup for a 6 treatment package where I was assured that 1. those were more than enough appointments to remove the simple black eyebrow tattoo I had! (they even talked to me about applying the future services to something else) 2. that I would have an appointment every 4-6 weeks (which I agreed to so that I would have a june deadline for completion for my wedding) In this time I have only had 2 appointments this company has people claiming to have knowledge about laser services, They overbook, forget appointments & have even booked me for services when there was NO laser machine on duty, then offered me a FREE microdremabrasion like I messed up? Then to make matters worst they changed equipment which was suppose to be more effective which was not the case so the next 2 appointments yeilded NO change the technician said that they were to set the settings back to zero which didnt sound correct to me this appointment required an injection of lidocaine which was to numb the area it swole my eyebrows up & again NO change in color so when I went back the nurse was not even there which they didnt make me aware & this was after they rescheduled the appointment twice needless to say I have never recieved the other 2 appointments due to the fact they cant get the laser machine in corporate has been made aware of all of these circustances & they have failed to appropiately credit me for the lost appointments, the appointments that has not been recieved, the fact that with the error in equipment that now I have pinpoint marks in my eyebrows from where I assume the laser damaged the area, I have scarring & they made no arrangements to have their error corrected somewhere else or by another method they are trying to to give me the money for the appointments not receievd & when corporate was called out about the problems they tried to change the story & give me still a partial for the treatments they are not considering that they took 4 months to try & schedule my appointment which is clearly after the time in which I was under contract to be done with treatments they have not instructed the corporate manager to resolve my issues I have emailed, called & still have not spoken with this manager & to make matters worst they contacted me out of the blue & told me if I wanted to have an appointment after 4 months that I need to change my vacation. This company is full of scams, bad pratices & non professional people they are taking people money, promising false results & not complying by contracts.
