I bought a shaving machine from Nu world in Menlyn Park around July 2009. It started vibrating loudly weeks later so I decided to take back it so that it can be fixed. I took it back on 20th August 2009. I was told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks before I can get back my item from repairs. It is now more 5 weeks without any phone call from Nu world. Yesterday, 5th Oct, I decided to go and check for my machine. I was told it is not yet back.The attitude from the asistants was appalling to say the least. They did not bother to take down my details so that they can phone me back later with any news about the machine. I asked if I could add more money so that I can get another more expensive item but I was told 'unfortunately we can't do that'. A certain gentleman finally took down my contact details and promised to phone me back the following day but it now almost 6pm I have not heard any news.
I cannot keeping on going to Menlyn to check for my machine.
I can assure Nu world I am one less clients they have to worry about because I will never buy from that shop again.
