I ordered a newage colon cleanse with a free trial period of 14 days for 1.95. The free trail period started the day I ordered the product. I ordered on Dec 27th 2009 which means that I would have to call and cancel by jan 9 2010. I called on Jan 4th after I recieved the product to cancel. I talked with a gentleman with what I believe was an Indian accent. He couldn't find the credit card number I used and my e-mail address was wrong. I told him that I did not want the product and that I had changed my mind and that I also didn't want the live lean for life product that came along with the colon cleanse. He then preceeded to try and get me to stay on the program by offering me "a deal." I told him no and that I wanted to cancel them. He said he did and I was not given a confirmation number.
I called today (jan 20th 2010) because I recieved a statement from the bank that said that I had purchased from nuage at 89.67 the date said the 13th of jan 2010. I called to speak to a rep and he couldn't find me in the system he gave me the name of a lady that had the same zip code as me ( I wish I could remember so I could call her) So he said that he would check another system. He said that he did not have any record of me calling and that the system automatically detects when a person calls from a certain number. I argued with him over and over that I called and he said that I didn't. I know I called!!! Do not buy from this company!!! I want to get people together that have had a similar experience like mine with this company. Let's shut it down and get our money back!!! We don't desereve to be scammed!!! Contact me at
