I ordered the free trial of the Nuage Colon Cleansing product. Within 11 days of using the product, a letter was sent out to NewAge from me cancelling my subscription.
Low and behold, they deducted over $89 from my bank account stating that they never received a letter and that letters cannot be used to cancel the subscription. In there terms and conditions they state the company must be contacted within 14 days. It does not say "contact by phone".
NuAge has refused to refund my money, hung up on me twice and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor.
