Fraud company. They called me up saying they had an unlimited India calling plan for 25$ a month and a 40$ deposit fee. I asked them sometimes companies say their plan is unlimited when in truth they are all limited..is that the same with you. Their sales person Ria assured me that the plan is unlimited and I dont have to worry about minutes.

After spending almost 70$ I ran out of minutes in the first 10 days in the so called unlimited plan! When I called their support they said "Sir we call the plan unlimited but you just get like 1000 minutes and then you can pay 20$ more to get more.. Lyin bunch of scums I disconnected the service and I hope I get my 40$ back atleast

This company is TOTALLY BOGUS!!! When they wanted me to join they called me all the time, everywhere I went. They gave me a plan to call any country for 1cent /minute +200minutes free. when I got the bill they had charged me 1.09cents+traffic charge+NO FREE 220 minutes. When I called them they said we cannot give you that & that it was not true. They also charged me $3.95 on my credit card so that they could verify my address when I joined and said that $3.95 was REFUNDABLE when I would cancel. After 2 months when I called to pay my bill and asked to refund $3.95, They said it was Non Refundable. And they did not return my money

Unwanted calls and solicitation. Forget about customer service they do not honor your request not to call and be arrogant say YOU HAVE TO REGISTER TO DONOTCALL.GOV. Any way I am already registered and filed a complaint against them. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMAPNY.

some guy named sameer khan called my friend and gave rates for pakistan 2 cents, canada and usa half cent and uk 1.5 cents.he gave her 100 min free to pak every month plus 5% discount and plus 10% more discount if your monthly billing goes up 15 dollars.39 dollars deposite which they re going to refund in subsequent bills.my frind gave my reference so he called me gave his e mail address if you have any problem, mail me. rates same as i told you asked for credit card which we gave.he said he is giving me special promotion which is specially for his family member.some body will call you for activation .he asked us to say yes when they tell you 4.4 cents bc it will be 2 cents on bill. he said you can check online right away after calling your charges will be shown.he is sending password in 24 hrs.we waited but no body e mailed us. i called customer service about this bull shit she started apologising and saying use our service please.now both of us mailed sameer khan at his g mail account no answer.i changed my card info.customerservice people said sorry but they said you have to pay that rate.if somebody has an idea how to nail them let me know. they are calling calling calling such a fraud.his email is [email protected]

They are cheater. They try to suck every signle panny from you once you become their customer.
They convenice you with an unbelievable low long distance rates with additional discounts and ask you for a security deposit in return. Once you pay security deposit through credit card and use the service, you are going to see a totally different bill with overcharged time and additional Network Access Charge, Telecom Relay charges and Internacional Access Charge. On top of that they charge additional fee of $ 0.01 per minute for using their 800 number. I call them three time to cancell my service and to get the refund back for deposit and was informed more attrective package and credits. Finally on 3rd call they told that it will take 4-5 months to get the refund.
They send you email for your account setup and monthly bills but never confirm abount account calcelation by email even if you insist they refuse to send account cancellation email. Finally I got offer to get a calling card balance equal to security deposit with a much higher call rate and asked to accept it otherwise wait for 4-5 months. Their main point is to get a deposit and then suck the customer.
